“Beautiful room. View was stunning toward the mountains. Pretty quiet. Restaurant is delicious but a pricey. Hotel is in prime location, you can walk everywhere. Be aware that April is off season still, only two restaurants in town. Just three stores opened early, other than that, pretty quiet.”
“Stayed in this hotel for one night and it's our first trip to Waterton Park. Great place to stay, staff are excellent, our room was clean and spacious. We stayed at the Loft Suite that has one queen bed, one sofa bed and Murphy's bed. I highly recommended this hotel for the accessibility and comfortable place to stay. Thank you again to the staff specially to Rolando who welcomed us, made us feel at home...”
“Went in late April and its a very quiet time of year. The individual working the front desk was super friendly and was helpful with any questions we had. Rooms are newly renovated and have an awesome patio overlooking the mountains. For the price we paid for the room, we have zero complaints whatsoever! Definitely recommend staying here.”
“We were so pleased with our room. We had a king bedroom suite that was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated that housekeeping stopped by to ask if we needed anything . The room had nice conveniences like charging stations , microwave, espresso machine, fridge, etc. Bathrooms were well stocked. The desk manager was friendly and helpful. The place had a quiet and calm atmosphere, too!”
“We definitely will come back; the rooms exceeded my expectations. The only consideration for the future would be to come with a higher clearance vehicle in the winter, as Parks Canada doesn't deem plowing a necessity. I also thought there would be a bath so that was slightly disappointing”
